Booking And Participation Policy

  • All purchased products (1 Class, Class Block, 1 PT Session, PT Block) are non-refundable, please purchase wisely.

  • Class Blocks and PT Blocks purchased after 31.12.2025 are now valid for 10 weeks (not 8) from the date of purchase, which will hopefully give you more time to use them before the deadline (yay!). Under no circumstances those will be extended- one thing the past year has taught us is, FLAG shouldn't be getting into debt because you guys travel or have a shitty time management. The lower price of the block comes with restrictions which are clear before you make the decision so please make sure that this is the most suitable option for you.

  • All classes and PT sessions need to be booked and paid for in advance. While we appreciate life happens and sometimes you miss the booking window, you still need to send he coach a message and, if you don't have a valid membership, make the transfer before the class starts. If you show up without paying, you won't be allowed to participate. We love you all but with so many failed payments in 2025, there will be absolutely no exceptions here.

  • A class booking window closes 60min before the class starts.

  • A class can be rescheduled by you with a minimum 24h notice. If the class is a part of the Class Block, it can only be rescheduled for the date before the Block’s expiry date. In order to reschedule a class, follow instructions in the booking confirmation email.

  • A PT session can only be scheduled by the trainer, after discussing the details (time, date, location) with the client. The session can only be scheduled once the purchase has been made by the client.

  • The session can only be rescheduled with a minimum 24h notice. If you don’t follow the notice period, the canceled session cannot be rescheduled and therefore, is fully paid for. In order to reschedule the session, contact the trainer via email or text message. The PT Block session can only be rescheduled for the date before the PT Block’s expiry date.

  • Late arrivals will not be tolerated. Please be punctual, meaning: early enough to wrap your hands so that you are ready to start the warm up with everyone. Warm up/shadowboxing is not the time to wrap your hands and it will result in an extra charge of additional burpees. The exact amount is available upon request. Legend has it, the coach is easy to bribe with an oat flat white but that theory has not been tested enough to offer any clear conclusion so find it out for yourself if you dare.

  • No hand wraps- no boxing. While you may not care about your safety, your coach does. And no amount of 'I won't punch hard' speeches will change their mind. So yeah, don't forget your 4.5 metre-long hand wraps (inner gloves won’t do- sorry!). There might be a few pairs available in the gym to purchase in emergencies but unless you're willing to pay or find a mate with a spare pair, the only thing you'll be allowed unwrapped is shadowboxing.

  • No outdoor shoes are allowed on the mats. Please make sure to bring your boxing boots or clean indoor trainers to change, otherwise you’ll need to train in your socks.

  • Please disinfect the equipment after use. There are anti bacterial wipes in the gym so make sure you wipe the exercise mats, weights, the bike etc before putting them back. It takes an extra few seconds but provides a more pleasant and definitely more hygienic training environment for everyone.

  • Last but not least- make sure to inform your coach about any injuries you might have. Follow their guidance. Don’t do anything stupid. Work hard and have fun!
