Booking Policy

All purchased products (1 class, class pass, 1 PT sessions, 1 PT pass) are non-refundable.

A class can be rescheduled by the client with a minimum 24h notice. If the class is a part of the class pass, it can only be rescheduled for the date before the pass's expiry date. 

In order to reschedule a class, the client should follow instructions in the booking confirmation email.

1 PT session can only be scheduled by the trainer, after discussing the details (time, date, location) with the client. The session can only be scheduled once the purchase has been made by the client.

The session can only be rescheduled with a minimum 24h notice. If the client does not follow the notice period, the canceled session cannot be rescheduled and therefore, is fully paid for.

PT pass session can only be scheduled by the trainer, after discussing the details (time, date, location) with the client. The session can only be scheduled once the PT pass has been purchased by the client.
