Please note 4.5 metre-long hand wraps (not inner gloves) are required for all the boxing classes. Make sure to arrive to the class early enough to wrap your hands, here's a tutorial on how to do it:

For all the sparring classes mouth guard and head guard are mandatory & groin guard is recommended.
